For more than 15 years, I have walked the hallways of classrooms and staffrooms, committed not only to teaching English Language and Literature but also to shifting mindsets.

Why This Blog Exists
‘Shifting the Dynamics’ was born out of a deep desire to challenge outdated perceptions within some schools and to prove that hope and progress are always possible. Even in the face of persistent problems or newly emerging challenges, there is light.
